PRIVATE PROPERTY PROTECTION:

This section is devoted to protecting private property that is not connected with a "trade or business", which is defined in 26 U.S.C. §7701(a)(26) as "the functions of a public office".  What most people refer to as "asset protection" is protection of public property associated with the "trade or business' franchise.  Section 12 of our About Us page entitled "Prohibited Activities", prohibits website materials from being used for "asset protection" as defined here, but not "private property protection".
