1. The fact of the matter is, we maintain statistics on our site using our webserver logs but don't examine them all that frequently.
2. The entire content of our site is duplicated in four different locations, and only one of those locations maintains hit statistics:
   • http://famguardian.org:  This is the slow local server.  This is the only site we maintain hit statistics on and only three pages on the site maintain hit statistics.
   • http://nontaxpayer.info: This is the main fast mirror server that also doesn't maintain usage statistics or hit counts.
   • http://familyguardian.betterthanyours.com:  This is a fast mirror server that maintains usage statistics or hit counts.
   • http://familyguardian.tax-tactics.com:  This is a fast mirror server that maintains usage statistics.
3. The main site at http://famguardian.org has an average of about 1,500 unique visitors every day and about 120 downloads of our Great IRS Hoax book daily.  We don't know how many visits there are at the other three mirror sites.
4. If we have designed a good site and content that is useful, then our readers shouldn't need to return to our site frequently for information.  90% of the information we make available on the subject of taxes is jam packed into a single 1,700 page download of our Great IRS Hoax book.  That gigantic book very tightly organizes all the relevant information and answers just about every question a person could ever have about taxes.  Why then would they need to go back to our site, other than to update their copy of the book?
5. We get over 200 hits a day on our Great IRS Hoax page alone, which equates to about 72,000 downloads per year from our slow local server.  We have no way of knowing how many other downloads there are from our other fast mirror servers.  The biggest selling book in the United States on the subject of tax freedom is Irwin Schiff's book entitled The Federal Mafia, and it has been out since 1990.  During the 11 years that it has been out, he has sold a total of 75,000 copies according to the stamp on the cover of the copy we bought.  That is an average of 6,800 sold per year.  Our audience is downloading our book at 10 times that rate from only one of our three servers.  Our Great IRS Hoax book therefore is likely to be much more rapidly circulated than Mr. Schiff's materials ever have been.  As a matter of fact, he has called us on a number of occasions to confront us about issues that his readers were asking about that conflicted between his book and our book, so his readers are taking notice of what is in our book.
6. We aren't in business to make money or maximize "sales", because everything we provide is a ministry done only to glorify God and not for profit or "filthy lucres sake".  Whether or not we are popular, "politically correct", or well known is not  important to us at all.  Instead, what is important is whether or not what we are telling people:
   • Is TRUTHFUL and completely consistent with itself, the law, regulations, history, and the rulings of the Supreme Court
   • Ministers to them spiritually and emotionally.
   • Frees them from financial and intellectual slavery to their government and the legal profession.
   • Helps them in time of need.
   • Glorifies not man or the author, but God.
7. Instead, we want to provide a message to people that:
   • Is easy to understand.
   • Is well explained.
   • Is thoroughly organized and indexed so that it is useful both as a reference and a "storytelling" device.
   • Infects them with what we call "the liberty bug", which is an insatiable and unquenchable thirst and longing for freedom and liberty in every aspect of their lives.  This affliction can be so strong for some people that it becomes more of a lifelong obsession than an acute ailment.  This has been the case for the author.
   • Motivates, empowers, and encourages people spiritually and emotionally by appealing to their conscience and their common sense.
   • Trains and equips people with useful tools and documents they need to join the fight for "liberty and justice for all."
   • Lowers their anxiety level and eliminates the "cognitive dissonance" so prevalent with most government tax propaganda, other websites, and tax books.
   • Provides specific, detailed information and processes for dealing with the taxing authorities.
   • Is frequently updated to ensure it is based on current law rather than old information.  So far as we know, no other website we have found among the hundreds we have looked at in the context of taxes provides as frequent and timely of updates as we do with our book and our website.
   • Reflects the extensive views and knowledge and input of our vast audience, rather than being a "soap-box" for a "conceited guru" who thinks he is better than everyone else.
   • Is just as useful to the tax attorney as it is to the layman.
